Friday, August 9th

Pickleball
– 10:00 AM: Members round robin on our newly resurfaced courts.
– 12:00 PM: Open play for everyone, paddles and balls provided. Email porterslakecourts@gmail.com for more info.

Rick Anderson’s Belly Busting Trivia
– 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Trivia night at Porters Lake Community Centre. Tickets are $10, with a cash bar available. E-transfer to porterslakecsa@gmail.com with “TRIVIA”, your name, and ticket count to order.

Saturday, August 10th

Street Parade
– 10:00 AM: Parade starts at Stella Drive and ends at Porters Lake Community Centre. To enter a float, please complete the registration form (https://forms.gle/zut4y483U1sFn6We6).

Teddy Bear Picnic
– Following the parade: Enjoy fun activities, snacks, and a fundraiser barbecue at Porters Lake Community Centre.

Dance + Live Music
– 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM: Dance the night away with live music by Metro and a cash bar at Porters Lake Community Centre. Tickets are $15. E-transfer to porterslakecsa@gmail.com with “DANCE”, your name, and ticket count to order.

Sunday, August 11th

Car Show + Food Truck Rally
– 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Car show and food truck rally at 40 Inspiration Drive in the Metro Transit parking lot. Car registration is $10, and spectator entry is $2.

Washer Toss Tournament
– 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Tournament at Porters Lake Community Centre. Entry is $10 per player, age 19+ only. Register here: (https://forms.gle/b1Yg7JJiaMLpsesR8) by August 10th.

Boat Parade of Lights
– 8:00 PM: Boats adorned with lights will parade through Porters Lake, culminating in an Atlantic Hardchrome fireworks display off Sandy Point Beach. Enjoy the spectacle from the shoreline.

Atlantic Hardchrome Fireworks
– 9:30 PM (dusk): A dazzling fireworks display to close the Lake & Shore Days weekend.
